What's happening........

this post was supposed to be Saturday..............but it went missing............
Friday after work we went out to feed the cows.............
We decided to cut some scrub..........the cows love belah
They were all hanging around nearby but once the tree hit the ground they were running.............
Mummas with babies need more food........even the calves had a nibble............
Saturday morning we put off starting our cattle work...............we weren't sure what the weather was going to do and it was feral cold wind.........we did some other jobs...........
We had the chain saw and no wood at home so cut up some firewood..............the cows thought they might get some more  food but not this time.............
Romantic dinner for two on the back of the ute............LOL..........had to eat fast it was so windy the bread was drying out quickly..........henceone piece at a time..........
Sent this  pic to my friend while I was feeding...........she said to me "still in first gear????"  I had a good laugh.......smarty pants............
then I sent her the one below.............she liked it mush more............esp the babies.........
And the advantage of working long days is you are out for sunrise and sunset..........this sunset was gorgeous...........actually heaps have been amazing lately............its little things like this that keep you going.............
Do you see the beauty in nature all around you????
Catch you later...........Chookyblue..........

I cant believe it has become that dry but after that stinking hot summer it's no wonder. Love the skies. As far as nature goes, at home at the moment the parrots are going crazy. More red shoulders, blue mountains and rosella's have moved in than usual. Every morning and evening is a screeching parade.
